Electrical Design

Electraspec Limited understand the value of a well-designed system and offer a bespoke package to meet all of your automated control systems needs. From small to multi-bay systems, the design can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, while meeting current seventeen edition regulations.  Our design team has over 35 years experience in this field and is able to provide you with the perfect solution to your design needs.

Control Panel Manufacture

Whether designed by you or Electraspec Limited, we source the components and build the control panel in our factory.  The quality of our control panels is vital to us therefore we run stringent testing to ensure our all control panels meet the specifications and will remain effective and efficient throughout the duration of their use.  We pride ourselves in producing a well manufactured control panel to the highest of standards.

Software Development

Electraspec Limited have experience producing control systems using PLC’s, HMI’s, SCADA and DCS, all of which can be programmed with all the major manufacturers including Allen Bradley,  Siemens, Mitsubishi and more.  Our Software engineer can access integrated automated systems using remote access and is able to monitor remotely.  We are also able to provide industrial communications and experience.

Plant Commissioning

Electraspec Limited's experienced engineers are available to commission on site.  Once designed and built, we can arrange installation and commissioning of your control panel at a time to suit your business, minimising the impact on production.  The automation is fully tested to ensure it is fully functioning and meeting the requirements of the business.

Breakdown and Repair

In the unlikely event that an Electraspec Limited control panel should breakdown, we are always on hand to troubleshoot and provide repairs.  We can also offer a breakdown and repair service to ensure older equipment is running to full capacity.
